Custom software · DevOps · AWS · Automation

We build your software. Then we keep it running.

A senior team that ships custom software, runs it on AWS, and connects it to the tools your business already uses — including WhatsApp. No handoff, no "it's live, good luck."

Featured work

The system a whole company runs on

NaturalGo runs on software we built end to end — not a module bolted onto an off-the-shelf package. Sales, purchasing, inventory, reporting and the payout engine, designed around how the business actually works and still maintained by us.

That's the kind of work we do most: the system a company depends on every day, built from scratch because nothing off the shelf fit.

  1. Qhatu

    SaaS platform

A multi-tenant platform where the business rules are configuration, not code. Every item, every rule and every calculation is set up per customer, so onboarding a new one doesn't mean cutting a release.

  2. National flag carrier

    Airline · interface layer

The design system and the screens passengers actually touch: booking, flight status, baggage, and the accessibility paths a regulated carrier cannot get wrong.

Under someone else's name

The work we can't show you

A good share of what we build ships under someone else's name. Other software companies and agencies bring us the thing they can't get past — infrastructure that won't scale, a migration nobody wants to own, a system that has to keep running while it gets rebuilt.

We work inside their team, in their repo, under their brand. We don't approach their clients and we don't publish those projects, which is why there isn't a single name in this section.

Read that as the argument rather than the apology: the people bringing us in build software for a living too.

What we do

Six things, done by the people who built them

The same engineers who write the code operate it in production. That is the whole difference.

  1. 01

    Custom Software Development

Web platforms, internal tools and APIs built around how your business actually works — not around a template.

    • Node
    • React
    • Python
    • PostgreSQL
  2. 02

    DevOps & Platform Engineering

CI/CD that people trust, infrastructure as code, monitoring that pages a human before a customer notices.

    • Terraform
    • Docker
    • Kubernetes
    • GitHub Actions
  3. 03

    AWS & Managed Cloud

Migration, architecture and day-two operations. We hold the pager, patch the servers and answer at 3am.

    • ECS
    • RDS
    • Lambda
    • CloudWatch
  4. 04

    WhatsApp Business API

Not a generic bot — Meta gives those away. We wire WhatsApp into your ERP, your stock, your CRM, your own database.

    • Cloud API
    • Webhooks
    • Templates
    • CRM sync
  5. 05

    Process Automation

The manual steps between your systems, removed. Order intake, reconciliation, reporting, notifications, handoffs.

    • Schedulers

    Custom APIs & Integrations

The legacy system that has no API. The vendor that only speaks CSV over SFTP. We make them talk to each other.

    • GraphQL
    • Webhooks

One team, from the first commit to the 3am page

Most of what goes wrong in software projects goes wrong at a handoff — between whoever built it and whoever has to keep it alive. There is no handoff here. The people who wrote your code are the people who operate it.

Diagnose

We read the code, the infrastructure and the bill. You get a written report with findings ranked by cost and risk — yours to keep either way.

024–12 weeks

Small senior team, working software every week, your team in the same channel as ours. No status decks, no account manager relay.

Run

We keep it in production: monitoring, patching, cost control and the next round of changes. Cancel with 30 days' notice.

What is the thing that keeps breaking?

Tell us in a sentence. If we're not the right team for it, we'll say so on the call and point you at someone who is.
